Job Title: Casual Bar, Bistro and Barista Attendants

We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team at a reputable golf club. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage, café and bistro service to our members and guests.

This is a casual position with a minimum of 10 hours and up to 35 hours per week, available 7 days including weekends and occasional Friday nights & Saturday nights with functions.

  1. Are reliable with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced bistro and bar environment.
  2. Have a passion for delivering quality service and interacting with our members and locals.
  3. Meet the required qualifications including a current RSA and Food Handling Certificate qualification.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in bar & bistro operations.
  • Excellent personal grooming and presentation.
  • Proven 'can do' work ethics.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate, staff uniform supplied and fun staff incentives. We also offer free rounds of social golf to staff and an interest in golf is highly desirable but not essential.

Staff are required to be available to work between 10-35 hours per week. This includes working Tuesday to Friday 9am to 3pm as well as other casual shifts for events and the halfway house and drinks cart.
