Dog Services Coordinator

The Dog Services Coordinator is a newly created position in our Dog Services Team, reporting to the Dog Services Operations Manager. This role will be an active and supportive member of our energetic Dog Services Team, offering a lot of variety and opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Dog Services Operations Manager with day-to-day operational demands, including administration tasks, email preparation, data entry, and volunteer coordination.
- Assist in the development of happy and healthy dogs for our puppy, guide, assistance, and facility dog programs.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, and external partners.
- Provide exceptional administrative support, including maintaining accurate records, managing databases, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials, including social media content and event planning.
- Qualifications in business administration or relevant industry experience in a business coordination role.
- Sound time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, and external partners.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM database management.
- High levels of attention to detail, with sound business writing ability and a good understanding of WHS practices and principles.
