Customer-Facing Retail Role

This part-time sales assistant position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and an eye for fashion.

You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, connecting with customers to drive store sales results, maintaining in-store visual merchandising, and supporting duties as required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure effective inventory control
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service and solutions
  • Maintain visually appealing store displays and windows to showcase products and enhance the shopping experience
  • Support colleagues during peak periods and assist with tasks such as processing transactions, receiving stock, and performing opening/closing procedures

Requirements
  • Fashion industry knowledge and retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
  • Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving stock
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
