The Role:

">We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Member Services Officer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, promoting our services and programs, and driving sales growth.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone.
- Sales: Prospect, tour, close, and get referrals for future sales, actively seeking new business for the club, representing the facility in a positive and professional manner.
- Merchandising: Promote the centre's services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments.
- Cash Handling: Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Requirements:
">- Have a passion for fitness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service or a retail environment is highly advantageous.
- Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check.
