Job Title: Ecommerce Coordinator

A Key Role in Driving Digital Transformation

Our client is a leading provider of vehicle parts, accessories, and services in the Asia-Pacific region. They are currently undergoing a digital transformation, shifting towards a digital-first strategy. This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ecommerce Coordinator to join their team, contributing to strategic brand decisions and executing various brand-building and tactical initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness and engagement among their staff, customers, and end-users.

About The Role
  • This key role involves managing product content, working closely with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and performance of online product listings.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for Product Content Management, Collaboration, Website & Marketplace Optimisation, Process Improvement, Performance Analysis, and Technical Troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Content Management: Ensure all product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimised for search and conversion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the merchandise and category teams to drive product enrichment, catalogue management, and supplier relationships.
  • Website & Marketplace Optimisation: Enhance product visibility, maintain product fitment data, and support onboarding of new SKUs.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and streamline processes to improve operational excellence and ensure efficient product content management.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key eCommerce KPIs, including conversion rates, sales, and engagement metrics.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Support customer care teams in resolving technical glitches and improving user experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an eCommerce trading role.
  • SAP Commerce Cloud experience is highly desirable.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage offshore teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables) and Google Analytics experience are preferred.
