Reliability Engineering Leader

Shape the Future of Our Infrastructure and Reliability Strategy.

Elevate our SRE architecture and roadmap to ensure seamless scalability and high-performance delivery across the business. This includes designing and implementing resilient systems using cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS) to drive operational efficiency and reduce downtime.

  • This role requires collaboration with engineering and product leads to embed reliability principles across teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on goals.
  • We're looking for someone to develop and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and error budgets to maintain high levels of uptime and customer satisfaction.
  • This person will partner with cross-functional teams to lead major technical initiatives, conduct incident reviews, and invest in new tooling to improve overall system reliability.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic planning and implementation of SRE architecture and roadmap.
  • Design and implement scalable and reliable systems using cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed reliability principles.
  • Develop and enforce SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets to ensure high uptime and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead technical initiatives, conduct incident reviews, and invest in new tooling.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps roles in high-scale environments.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, automation, and observability stacks.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience leading technical initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication and teaching abilities.
