Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Proactive Services team at Woolworths. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of cleaning and trolley collection specialists, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of cleaning and trolley collection specialists
- Coach and train team members to improve their skills and productivity
- Create and manage rosters to ensure all tasks are covered
- Work with the Store Leadership team to identify challenges and opportunities
- Develop succession plans to increase team productivity and satisfaction
- Manage time and attendance activities for team members
- Order consumables and maintain budgets
- Work as part of the Proactive Services team to provide cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management services
Requirements
- Flexibility to work in different environments
- Good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
- Physical fitness to handle physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work with other department managers and the Store Leadership team
- Organizational skills to ensure team has necessary equipment and supplies
- Comfortable working with regulated frameworks
- Valid full Australian driver's license
