About the Role:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at Coles is responsible for providing services to the broader Coles teams, supporting identity/access management for our approximately 130,000 team members, suppliers, and customers.
As a key member of the IAM team, you will work closely with various areas of the wider Technology team to provide enterprise-level identity solutions in a complex environment spanning on-premise assets and cloud environments.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to contribute to the development of our identity strategy and architecture, enhance our identity management platforms, and maintain strategic partner relationships with key vendors and customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technology services to support, develop, and maintain the Identity and Access Management components of the IT infrastructure in accordance with agreed service levels.
- Enhance our identity management platforms to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Contribute to the development of the Identity and Access Management strategy and architecture, aligning with Coles' business objectives.
- Maintain strategic partner relationships with key vendors and customer stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and support.
- Support the development and maintenance of the IAM portfolio in accordance with agreed service levels.
About You:
- Detailed experience with identity management software, NetIQ Identity Management, NetIQ Access Management, or equivalent, with knowledge of setup, configurations, and installations, as well as ongoing operational support.
- Exposure to CyberArk Privileged Access Management and Entra (Azure) Active Directory, with a strong understanding of associated identity and access management functions.
- Understanding of all aspects of the broader operational environment, including processes, procedures, associated toolsets, operating systems, and software engineering practices.
- Experience working in a medium to large enterprise environment, with a strong understanding of the role IAM contributes to the organization.
