About this role:

Job Description

This is a leadership opportunity where you will be responsible for supporting the store manager and leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will be working in a unique retail environment where we aim to strengthen owner experiences, educate customers and cultivate a community of Dyson owners.

The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in building, training and leading a team of service-oriented Retail Experts to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Supporting the store manager in regard to operations, staffing, training and customer service.
  • Leading, inspiring and challenging a team to deliver an optimal customer experience.
  • Taking personal responsibility for achieving individual and store based KPIs, including daily, weekly and monthly sales, customer service and store profitability targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of store leadership and running day-to-day operations.
  • An understanding of in-store operations, managing work schedules, stock management, compliance, health and safety and security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
