Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support project CRM configuration, new campaign creation, delivery, and training.
  • Manage Customer CRM requirements end-to-end (scoping to implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance).
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on their business expectations of CRM deliverables.
  • Support CRM users and communicate issues to external developers.
  • Establish processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Achieve an active role in creating and delivering reporting solutions.
