HR Generalist

CareSouth, a regional community-based organisation, is seeking an experienced HR generalist to join their people and culture team. This broad and varied role will see you partnering with managers across multiple regions to provide support and advice on all aspects of people, culture, and safety. You will be responsible for employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, change management, learning and development opportunities, information systems, policies, contracts, and workplace health and safety.

You will work independently with minimal supervision, but also collaborate effectively with the team to achieve shared goals. Your skills and knowledge will enable you to manage multiple projects and deliverables across various facets of the role.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate a confident, kind, and empathetic approach when engaging with internal stakeholders. You will be passionate about championing culture and ensuring that employees feel valued and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.

You will have a background in human resources, ideally from within the social services sector. However, candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply if they have relevant experience and skills.
