We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Partner to join our team in Residential and Retirement Living, who shares our passion for excellence and commitment to quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting quality audits across our Residential and Retirement Living Services
  • Identifying and escalating risk of care failures relating to non-conformance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Building the capability of residential leaders in quality management systems and clinical governance processes
  • Actively supporting employees to understand and adhere to the organisation's policies and procedures and Continuous Improvement Framework
  • Maintaining the governance systems to monitor and report on progress of continuous improvement plans at the service level to ensure the provision of quality service

You will work closely with our service managers to implement effectiveness and priorities, and provide expert advice on quality, compliance and outcome standards across Residential.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in quality assurance and compliance
  • Experience working in a health care or aged care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
