About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced Property Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in property law from a well-regarded firm.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of managing end-to-end property transactions, including contract review, property transfers, and settlement processes.
  • Experience conducting thorough title and property searches, identifying any issues, and liaising with relevant parties to resolve them is highly valued.
  • You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents such as sale contracts, section 32 statements, and other conveyancing-related documents.
  • Effective communication skills are essential to facilitate smooth transactions with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, banks, and other stakeholders.
