Senior Property Lawyer with Conveyancing Expertise

Empire Group, a renowned full-service commercial law firm in Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join their well-resourced team.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work across all aspects of property law, including conveyancing, general commercial property, and property development. As a senior member of the team, you will be involved in managing end-to-end property transactions, from contract review to settlement processes.

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 2 years of experience in property law from a reputable firm. Your expertise in conducting thorough title and property searches, identifying issues, and liaising with relevant parties will be invaluable. You will also be highly efficient at communicating effectively with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to draft and review legal documents, such as sale contracts, section 32 statements, and other conveyancing-related documents. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential in ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
