Engineering Supervisor Job Opportunity

This role is seeking an experienced Engineering Site Supervisor to manage and organise projects for on-time completion and maximum profitability. The selected candidate will be responsible for controlling site costs, labour and materials, attending construction sites and liaising with builders, site foreman, and subcontractors.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

1. Project Management: Oversee and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and optimal results.
2. Site Control: Monitor and regulate site expenses, personnel, and materials to maintain efficiency and productivity.
3. Site Visits: Regularly visit construction sites to inspect progress, meet with team members, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
4. Communication: Establish and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders, including builders, site foremen, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

1. OHS Certification: Hold a valid O H & S, General Induction for Construction work in NSW (White Card) certification.
2. Driver's Licence: Possess a current NSW driver's licence.
3. Computer Literacy: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Attention to Detail: Exhibit high accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
5. Self-Motivation: Display self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Organisational Skills: Showcase good organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment under pressure.

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

1. Minimum 1 Year Experience: Have a minimum of 1 year experience in construction and/or engineering.
2. Engineering Degree: Hold a University Degree in any Engineering discipline.
