Senior Open Space Planner

This is a key leadership position in our team responsible for strategic open space planning.
- Lead the Preparation of Planning Documents: Develop and implement master plans, landscape improvement plans, and feasibility studies to enhance community quality of life.
- Develop and Manage Long-Term Program: Create a multi-year project plan for master plan development and implementation.
- Identify Project Budgets and Funding Opportunities: Establish project budgets and secure funding through capital budget bids, grants, or partnerships.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Specialized Knowledge: In-depth understanding of trail and open space planning principles, policy development, facility planning, and community engagement.
- Industry Expertise: Familiarity with industry best practices, including effective communication with local stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution.
