We are seeking skilled professionals to perform aircraft maintenance tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of aircraft maintenance projects and contribute to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain emergency escape systems, egress systems, and aircraft weapon systems from computers on board to stores the aircraft carries, including load and handling various aircraft and stores.
- Perform scheduled servicing and other unscheduled maintenance as directed by the Team Leader.
- Ensure maintenance and technical documentation or data used during maintenance is authorised for use and compliant with regulations.
- Correctly and promptly record details of work performed on the correct documents, and if required, gain certification of performance in the required timeframes.
- Report all defects, deficiencies, maintenance errors, and unserviceability's to the Team Leader.
- Carry out maintenance only to delegated and authorised levels.
- Initiate quality, non-conformance, or defect reporting relating to maintenance tasks as directed.
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills - Armament.
- Military or Civil Aviation Maintenance Licence (Highly Desirable).
- Understanding of Australian Defence Force aircraft maintenance regulations, process, and procedures (Highly Desirable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and strong team environment.
- Australian Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
