**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Boutique Store Manager to lead our team in Kotara. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the boutique, including:

  • **Team Management**: Leading and motivating a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • **Operations Management**: Managing the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • **Recruitment and Training**: Recruiting, training, and developing a team of retail professionals to meet the needs of the business.
  • **Retail Activities**: Coordinating retail activities that contribute to the brand image, including events, promotions, and product launches.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • **Minimum 1-2 years' experience** in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • **Excellent communication skills**, both verbal and written.
  • **Strong team leadership skills**, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • **Understanding of KPIs** and the ability to analyze and report figures.
  • **Experience in skin care and management** is ideal but not essential.
