A Day in the Life- Encouraging and motivating clients through activities to find employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients;
- Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements;
- Providing exceptional service throughout the client's journey.
- Experience in customer-facing roles;
- Demonstrated experience of working with individuals overcoming challenges;
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders;
- Confidence in meeting performance targets and delivering lasting employment solutions;
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client service;
- Current driver's license required.
