About The PositionThis role requires an individual who is proactive and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. You must be motivated to adhere to industry regulations, specifically those related to Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming.
A Typical Day- Develop meaningful connections with guests by sharing your passion for our products and services, resulting in memorable experiences for all.
- Contribute positively to a culture of responsibility, which prioritizes safety and compliance with RSA and RCG regulations.
- Pursue accurate machine payouts and manage cash handling tasks according to hotel policies and gaming regulations.
- You excel at interacting with people, handling details, and communicating effectively, with a drive to deliver exceptional results for guests and colleagues alike.
- You are a dedicated team player with adaptable availability across various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- You hold current industry qualifications for RSA and RCG.
