As an Educator, you will be part of a dynamic team that promotes physical activity and positive self-concepts in an inclusive environment for primary-aged children.

We are seeking energetic and passionate individuals to join our OSHC Educator teams on a casual basis, Monday to Friday afternoons: 2:30pm to 6pm with opportunities to work some morning shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our programs
  • Supporting and facilitating creative experiences and activities that wholeheartedly engage children
  • Cultivating a welcoming and nurturing environment
  • Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children
  • Preparing nutritious food for the children and maintaining a clean environment
  • Building a positive rapport with a wide number of customers, including primary-aged children, their parents and guardians, your own teammates, or even the school principal

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • A genuine interest in creating incredible experiences for primary-aged children
  • A current Blue Card, First Aid in an education setting, Child Protection certificate, and a qualification in education-related fields, community services, sport and recreation, or youth work
