Property Management Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Property Management team as an entry-level assistant.

This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in Real Estate and wants to learn from the best. As a Rental Department Receptionist/Administration support person, you will be responsible for managing our front desk, supporting our Rental Team, and learning all about property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and data entry
  • Assist with property inspections and reporting
  • Support the Rental Team with daily operations

Requirements:

  • A reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A well-presented and professional demeanor
  • Punctual and able to work independently
  • An Agents Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain it
