Internal Account Manager

At Ethos BeathChapman, we are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to support our Senior Account Managers in handling mid-market, corporate accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a background working as either an assistant or junior account broker who is ready to contribute to the success of a growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide internal support to Senior Account Managers in managing corporate accounts within the mid-market space.
  • Assist in day-to-day management of a large book of business, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Handle inquiries, process documentation, and ensure client needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare reports, renewals, and presentations for senior brokers and clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial lines products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an insurance brokerage, preferably with exposure to mid-market or corporate accounts.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial lines products and client management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support senior brokers in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with high-value corporate clients.
  • Proficiency in insurance systems and software.
  • RG146 qualification.
