About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst Model Validation specialist. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact across multiple facets of our business.

This role involves collaborating with senior managers to ensure our models meet high standards and creating innovative tools to streamline validation processes.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading walkthroughs of key processes and models, identifying risks, and proposing solutions.

You'll also dive into data, extracting and analysing information from key systems to support your findings.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Physics, Actuarial Studies, Mathematics or Economics is required, and a postgraduate degree in similar subjects is desirable.

Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with coding experience in languages such as VBA, Python, C++, R, SAS or SQL.

About You

You'll be a validation expert with experience in Credit Risk modelling. Expertise in Market Risk modelling, Balance Sheet Management, Stress Testing and other relevant disciplines is highly valued.

You must have advanced Excel skills and be able to build relationships by fostering trusted connections with internal and external stakeholders.
