About Us

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a talented group of engineers in developing and maintaining high-quality products.

Your leadership will have a direct impact on the success of our products, which serve millions of citizens worldwide. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative culture, driving progress, and ensuring that work is planned and executed efficiently.

You will facilitate seamless communication within your team and across departments, keeping everyone focused on shared goals. Additionally, you will develop and present strategic roadmaps that align with broader organisational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage one or more teams of 5+ engineers in a fast-paced environment
  • Agile Delivery: Lead Agile/Scrum delivery processes and drive continuous improvement within the team
  • Code Quality: Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure high-quality, reliable code
  • Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to set and manage priorities, aligning team efforts with business goals
  • Product Development: Build and maintain SaaS products, delivering scalable and reliable solutions
Requirements

We are seeking someone with experience in:

  • Public Cloud Technologies: AWS or Azure
  • Security Best Practices: Security by design and SecOps practices
