Part Time Beauty Advisor Opportunity at Estee LauderAbout the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate make-up artist to join our team as a part-time beauty advisor at David Jones Castle Hill.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic self-starter looking to start their career in prestige beauty. You will have the chance to combine your creative expertise with a passion for people to provide a personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.

As a part of our high-performing team, you will create impact through in-store events and ensure the store achieves our high standards of visual merchandising. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a love for make-up artistry, we would love to hear from you

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise, even if they do not have previous retail make-up experience. They will also be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring a personalized experience for all customers.
  • Work effectively in a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of visual merchandising.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to educate customers on make-up techniques and trends.
