About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Newcastle Private Hospital. As a key member of our surgical ward, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and evidence-based nursing care to patients
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Act as a role model for safe practice and adhere to organizational policies
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an acute hospital setting
  • Authority to work in Australia
  • Valid NSW Working with Children check
  • Enrolled Nurse qualification
  • Advanced clinical skills and current registration with AHPRA
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care
