Key Business Development Position

This role plays a pivotal part in driving the growth of our Sleep Solutions business across Victoria and Tasmania.

As a key member of our team, you will cultivate relationships with sleep physicians, specialists, general practitioners, and allied health organizations.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to expand market share and boost referrals within the sleep market.
  • Pursue new business opportunities by establishing connections with decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about trends and changes in the sleep market and identify areas for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, securing favorable terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports highlighting progress towards goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Tertiary education in science, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A strong interest in the healthcare industry, particularly within the sleep segment is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective engagement with all levels of management.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills is critical.
