The People & Culture team plays a vital role in supporting our employees and maintaining a positive workplace culture. As a leader, you'll be responsible for managing the team and driving our strategic growth objectives.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the typical P&C functions, including Learning & Development, Recruitment, People Experience, OHS, and Office Experience. You'll also facilitate our monthly organisation-wide meeting, deliver cultural & wellness calendar events & initiatives, and design & facilitate Learning & Development programs.

You'll work closely with senior managers to build a positive employee experience and ensure that our values are at the forefront of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:
