Supporting the CEO in Administration and Production

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide administrative support to our CEO in all areas of production. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced media/entertainment/gaming environment, where speed, urgency, critical decision making, and flexibility are paramount to success.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing social media accounts, preparing filming equipment, running errands, helping prepare sets with lights, props, cameras, and equipment, ensuring production runs smoothly, scheduling and planning the day, and creating documents, presentations, reports, agendas, and responses.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about gaming and creating family-friendly content, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be knowledgeable in technology, productivity tools, and social media platforms, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media accounts and stories.
  • Prepare filming equipment.
  • Run errands for the CEO.
  • Help prepare sets with lights, props, cameras, and equipment.
  • Ensure production runs smoothly.
  • Schedule and plan the CEO's day.
  • Help create documents, presentations, reports, agendas, and responses.

Requirements:

  • Experience with similar work in media / entertainment / gaming or other fast-paced businesses.
  • Passionate about gaming and creating family-friendly content.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledgeable in technology, productivity tools, and social media platforms.
  • Skilled in logistics, i.e., keeping track of gear, props, and sets on live shoots.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in the event of any issues.
