The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Skincare Specialist to join our team at Warringah Mall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest skin trends and techniques, and to share your knowledge with colleagues and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and advice on skincare products and routines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skin trends and techniques
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Previous experience in skincare or sales is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
