The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Skincare Expert to join our team at Sephora. As a Skincare Expert, you will play a key role in inspiring and educating customers about the latest skincare trends and products. Your expertise will help customers achieve their skincare goals and enhance their overall beauty experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare products and trends, and share your knowledge with customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skincare knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in skincare or sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for skincare and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
