We're looking for experienced environmental planners to join our team in a challenging role that requires strong project management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of Queensland's environmental assessment frameworks and planning legislation, with a proven track record of leading or contributing to major projects and approval strategies.

  • Deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans
  • Collaborate with specialists across ecology, acoustics, land contamination, engineering, and design

Recent projects include:

  • Strategic environmental assessments of emerging renewable energy technologies
  • Planning approvals for iconic infrastructure projects
  • Supporting the rollout of Fast Rail initiatives and Zero Emissions Bus transitions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3–15 years of experience in environmental planning and approvals
  • A sound understanding of Queensland's environmental assessment frameworks and planning legislation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage or support complex, multidisciplinary projects
  • Strong communication skills and an interest in mentoring others
  • A team-first mindset and drive to grow with us
