Arts and Culture Leader

We are seeking a dynamic Arts and Culture Leader to drive the strategic delivery of arts, events, and cultural programs.
About the Role- You will lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering bold, inclusive, and innovative cultural programming that drives community vibrancy and economic growth.
- You will manage key venues and partnerships, including theatres, orchestras, and other cultural institutions.
- You will develop marketing and sponsorship strategies to grow reach, revenue, and recognition.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Develop and deliver cultural programs that meet the needs of diverse communities.
- Budget and manage resources effectively to achieve program goals.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including artists, community groups, and local government.
- Tertiary qualifications in Arts Administration, Cultural Management, Event Management, Business, or a related field — or extensive senior experience in the cultural sector.
- Proven success delivering large-scale arts, events, or cultural programs in complex, multi-venue environments.
- Strong skills in audience development, sponsorship acquisition, and strategic marketing to grow participation and revenue.
