Hotel Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee hotel activities on a temporary, full-time basis. As part of our hotel team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Supervise staff and maintain a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols to protect guests and employees.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Associate Degree or higher in hospitality management or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Working Conditions:

  • Rotating roster to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • In-person work required to effectively manage hotel operations.
