Job Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all products.
About the Role:
- Taking ownership of customer inquiries and providing top-notch support.
- Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, phone, and social media.
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns, issues, or complaints regarding their investments, accounts, or transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to address complex client inquiries.
- Representing the customer voice and advocating for customer needs by gathering feedback and relaying insights to our Product and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escalating reported bugs and technical issues to our Engineering team.
- Maintaining and updating our Customer Support knowledge base and process documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with all policies and workflows and managing risk in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience working in a high-performing customer support team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
