Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all products.

About the Role:

  • Taking ownership of customer inquiries and providing top-notch support.
  • Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, phone, and social media.
  • Addressing and resolving customer concerns, issues, or complaints regarding their investments, accounts, or transactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address complex client inquiries.
  • Representing the customer voice and advocating for customer needs by gathering feedback and relaying insights to our Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Escalating reported bugs and technical issues to our Engineering team.
  2. Maintaining and updating our Customer Support knowledge base and process documentation.
  3. Ensuring compliance with all policies and workflows and managing risk in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience working in a high-performing customer support team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
