Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Operations Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational technology risk is effectively managed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to ensure that appropriate controls and frameworks are in place to manage relevant risks.

You will collaborate closely with technology teams and senior business stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, conduct risk assessments, and provide recommendations for improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our organization's risk management capabilities and support the development of a strong risk culture.

About This Role:

  • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and controls to ensure effective identification and mitigation of operational technology risks
  • Collaborate with technology teams and senior business stakeholders to identify and prioritize risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations to improve risk management practices
  • Support the development of a robust risk culture across the organization by promoting a culture of risk awareness and compliance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technology risk management, audit, or assurance advisory, with a strong understanding of operational technology risks and mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and constructively challenge the status quo
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines, work with agility, and understand new ideas and concepts
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
