Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Melbourne CBD.

Main Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to provide a welcoming first point of contact for key services.
  • Coordinate plan review meetings and initial meetings between participants and their allocated Local Area Coordinator office.
  • Assist with inbound calls related to participant enquiries.
  • Perform general administration tasks, including creating and sending client correspondence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Fast learner who wants to succeed and learn more.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly approach with a willingness to learn and embrace core values.
