Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at AccorHotel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with breakfast menu enquiries and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of food safety practices and ensure compliance with our Food Safety Program.
  • Maintain clean and neat presentation of the breakfast area(s) and adhere to set opening, closing, and daily procedures.
  • Take ownership of your designated section and station, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Customer service experience or experience in a similar environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
  • Awareness of food safety practices, with a willingness to learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, with a commitment to serving drinks responsibly.
