Breakfast Host

As a Breakfast Attendant at Accor, you will be part of a dynamic team that strives to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with breakfast menu enquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, assist with breakfast menu enquiries.
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Food Safety Program (e.g. Awareness of allergies and dietary requirements)
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques at all times.
• Maintain clean and neat presentation of breakfast area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures.
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station

Requirements:

• Customer service experience or experience in a similar environment
• An awareness of food safety practices preferred.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
