We are currently recruiting casual OSHC Educators to join our team and work with children aged 5-18 years.
About the Service
YMCA Helensvale Outside School Hours Care is located at Helensvale State Primary School and offers a wide range of activities that reflect real-world experiences and home settings.
Our philosophy emphasizes community and belonging, children's agency, and spontaneous, multi-age play during middle childhood.
As an OSHC Educator, you will care for children before and after school, facilitating engaging activities such as science experiments, outdoor games, painting, and musical activities.
What will my time look like?
- Ideal candidates will have a Certificate or Diploma in children's services or related fields.
- They will be imaginative, flexible, and willing to obtain or hold current First Aid and CPR certification.
- A Positive Notice Blue Card is also required.
