About the Role

This position will support the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) by enhancing its project management capability. Responsibilities include coordinating project planning, developing work breakdown structures, creating cohesive schedules and ensuring their ongoing integrity, tracking project performance against baseline metrics, monitoring schedule trends and variances, preparing concise performance reports, and working with the Program Controller to manage project meetings, minutes and action items.

The role requires a strong analytical foundation, with skills in using risk models such as RAID logs and Monte Carlo simulations, applying earned value management techniques, and proficiently using MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with project management tools like MS Project and Planner is also required, along with familiarity with data and digital ICT products including MS Dynamics and Power BI.

A comprehensive understanding of project governance and best practice is essential, with desirable qualifications in project management or business administration and knowledge of PMBOK methodologies.
