Key Responsibilities:

Repairs and Breakdowns: Respond to emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure our prawn farm operations run smoothly.

Upkeep of Electrical Systems: Conduct regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.

Electrical Installations: Take charge of electrical installations and diagnose and repair faults and breakdowns in machinery and equipment.

Automation and Control Systems: Provide automation and control system support for all site-based automation equipment, including PLC's and SCADA.

General Tasks: Execute a diverse range of electrical tasks, including preventative maintenance, testing & tagging, and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Qualified electrician and electrical licence.
  • Exposure to PLC and SCADA systems - desirable.
  • High voltage experience - desirable.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Current drivers' licence.
  • Rights to work full time in Australia.
