Looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team at a prawn farm in the Whitsundays. This role offers a great work-life balance and a stunning work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults and breakdowns in machinery and equipment.
• Provide automation and control system support for site-based equipment.
• Execute a diverse range of electrical tasks, including preventative maintenance and testing & tagging.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualified electrician and electrical licence.
• Exposure to PLC and SCADA systems desirable.
• High voltage experience desirable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Current drivers' licence.
• Rights to work full time in Australia.
