Job Title: Enterprise Performance Monitoring SpecialistJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Performance Monitoring Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of business-critical systems by supporting the implementation of proactive monitoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement monitoring strategies for both legacy platforms and new systems.
  2. Configure dashboards, alerts, and reports aligned with business service levels and operational requirements.
  3. Work collaboratively with infrastructure, development, and support teams to ensure consistent monitoring coverage across environments.
  4. Support incident response activities by providing performance data and insights to assist in fault isolation and resolution.
  5. Perform root cause analysis and trend monitoring to identify recurring performance issues and recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Vendor certifications in Dynatrace and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred.
  • Significant hands-on experience with Dynatrace in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience working with both legacy systems and modern architectures (e.g. microservices, hybrid cloud).
  • Familiarity with key infrastructure technologies (e.g. servers, databases, networks, middleware).
  • Ability to interpret and present performance data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex technical environments.
  • Experience with automation or scripting for monitoring tasks (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash).
