About the Opportunity

The Electrical Supervisor role at Qube is a key position responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance and repairs of our Fixed Equipment and Mobile Fleet. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure the day-to-day electrical activities at our Utah Point Bulk Handling Facility run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate tasks to direct reports or subcontractors, identifying skill gaps and training requirements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and statutory obligations, including section 5 of the Mine Safety Inspection Regulations.
  • Organize and supervise electrical maintenance work on the Atlas Iron owned Stockyard 2 outload fixed equipment.
  • Ensure all completed electrical work is submitted to PPA for their records.
  • Organize and supervise electrical work on the RSS, Mobile Plant equipment, and Ancillary equipment.
  • Record and retain maintenance information for future reference and auditing purposes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of electrical maintenance experience in Fixed Plant and Mobile Plant Mining equipment.
  • Prior experience in administration of digital maintenance systems.
  • Electrical fitter/mechanic trade certificate – "A" Grade WA Endorsed.
  • High Voltage ticket – Essential.
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable Commonwealth/State Safety and Environmental legislation and standards.
