Project Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our service projects, ensuring successful execution from a commercial and technical perspective.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing service projects, with excellent knowledge of High Voltage product drawings and SAP systems.

A bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, along with minimum 3 years of experience in project management. Good communication skills, leadership capability, and a strong understanding of company procedures are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute service projects in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost targets, and scheduling targets.
  • Monitor and control project progress, efficiently utilize resources, and ensure the project follows execution best practices and company policies.
  • Oversee project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow, identify, qualify, quantify, manage risk, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, procure required materials, services, and equipment for the project, and function as key contact for customers and an escalation point for project issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies, review equipment drawings and overall documentation pertinent to the project, and interact with the execution team and factories on technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing service projects.
  • Good knowledge of High Voltage product drawings reading and understanding.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Communicative, good interpersonal communication, having ownership and showing leadership capability.
