The Front Office Coordinator will play a key role in patient interaction, requiring strong communication skills, team coordination, and administration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with patients, explaining treatment options in an educated and professional manner.
  • Provide high-end patient care, building relationships with clients.
  • Manage patient accounts, answer phone enquiries, and assist with day-to-day administration.
  • Liaise with the principal dentist and process referrals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in the dental industry.
  • Dental or medical admin background highly regarded.
  • Experience with dental software and computer literacy desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to go the extra mile for patients.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to multitask.
