Chief Marketing Officer

This is a key role in the Centre's marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive sales and grow our customer base.
- Supporting the development of positioning and branding strategies to enhance our reputation and appeal to customers.
- Training and managing the marketing teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform effectively in their roles.
- Coordinating advertising, promotions, and communications across multiple channels, including social media and our website.
To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a general marketing role, with exposure to events, promotions, digital marketing, and preparing marketing collateral. A tertiary qualification in marketing would be highly regarded, as would experience in shopping centre or retail management.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance creative flair with brand management. You will be working closely with senior management and other stakeholders to develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and has excellent customer service skills. You will need to be able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
