Job Description

  • Our organisation is seeking a skilled administrator to manage on-site administration for infrastructure construction projects. This includes staff forms, new hire requests, and inductions.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for processing weekly timesheets and coordinating labour hire timesheets.

  • They will also authorise subcontractor mobilisation paperwork and facilitate client-based training and inductions.

  • In addition, they will process and file all mobilisation and training documentation.

  • The role requires strong support for site management, engineers, and field supervisors, as well as assisting with site meetings when required.

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will need a professional approach with attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with Microsoft Word.

  • Verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
